Raw Extreme Pre workout side effect?
Hello, so I am 28 y.o. male around 100 kgs.Have been working out consistently for a good 2 years with an off gym period for an acl surgery. I have been taking pre workouts fairly regularly. I work out 3 times a week for 2-3 hours(1 hour is pure cardio). I have changed a few pres,cause I want that extra sting and in my search I stumbled across the afore mentioned pre. It has 400 mg caffeine. I also drink 2 cups of black coffee throughout my day.I dont get any jitters or stomach issues.However I have noticed that I yawn while working out. I work out mostly late evenings 19:00-22:00 and sometimes I have to wake up at 5:00 the next day for work.Lately I also realised that I cant sleep till late in the morning even if I sleep late at night and wake up exhausted.For example during my weekend I went to bed at 03:00 in the morning of sunday only to wake up at 08:00 and couldnt sleep any more. I know this might be purely coincidence, but could all this be connected to my pre ? Has anyone had similar experience or what is your take on this ? Also I live in Greece,if anyone has a good pre suggestion, pls feel free.
