I ordered 11 skittles Neocardina shrimp, but are 3 of these Cardina? The ones with white on them do not look like Neocardina to me.

First Tank (3 Months, Low Tech, 3 Gal) - The aesthetic is just a bit off to me, advice?

This is my first tank I've planted on my own and I feel the feng shui is off! Maybe I just need to let it fill in more? I know the Dwarf Hairgrass and Rotala are weirdly placed, I had a really hard time planting once the tank was filled with water so those were placements of frustration haha. Any tips on what to add, remove, move? Also any tips for planting a filled tank appreciated 😭!! Or tbh just words of encouragement that this isn't a failure lol.

I started this low tech filterless 2 gal bowl on a whim after finding the bowl at Goodwill for $2 and I'm pretty pleased with how well everything is growing! Wasn't being too serious about this and just used a regular terrestrial plant light. The water looks so clean compared to my first tank at this stage which had a huge brown diatom bloom (i'm using the same tap water, but with a sponge filter). Anyone know why that might be? I'm a bit of a beginner (this is my second tank) at this hobby so advice welcome.

Was thinking about adding some shrimp, but is this too small for them? Parameters are good for Neocardina & tank is cycled. Would it be good to add an air stone for a bit of flow/oxygenation before adding them?

Tank includes:
- Rotala Rotundifolia
- Dwarf Water Lettuce
- Hornwort
- Java Fern
- Anubias Hastifolia (I think?)
- Anubias Congensis (I think?)
- Philodendron Brazil (emersed)
