Headed to brick & mortar Blue Mercury, Credo and Jones Road — what’s it like?

Tomorrow I’m headed to a large US City near me that has several high-end beauty retailers all in one place. I’ve never been to a Blue Mercury and so I’m wondering if this is a place where I can try/play with products like at a Sephora or Ulta? What is your experience with the staff? Do they let you shop independently? I’m also hoping to do some shade matching with a high-end makeup brand. Are they helpful?

Places to shop for K-Beauty in OC, California

In two weeks my family is traveling from the Midwest to Anaheim for a conference and I’d like to hit up the best K-Beauty spots to grab some original formula sunscreens. What are the best places in the OC to shop? We might head up to the LA area too, but I’m no longer interested in stopping at OY.

I am constantly gaslighting myself over whether I have hEDs or HSD, so I thought I’d make myself a list of symptoms. I’m seeing a specialized PT next week at a hyper mobility clinic and hoping to get her feedback and/or a diagnosis. What do you guys think? I’m always second-guessing myself because I was never classically flexible as a kid—just in my fingers.
