Hi there, I am in the process of building a new house and wanted to get feedback and ideas on my housing plans. I am trying to find ways to optimize room placements and potentially increase room size. I uploaded the first floor and 2nd floor. I am open to asking my contractor for more length to the plan even if it costs more for a cleaner layout.
