I saw this screenshot online but couldn’t find the eBay listing.

Allegedly, Meghan Markle sent a copy of “The Bench” to Eugenie and Jack and it ended up for sale on eBay. The listing price is almost £20k/$25k.

The bookseller is real but I think the listing is fake. I also reverse searched the image and nothing came up. It’s probably an AI spoof, but I’m hoping someone else could look into it.

Turns out, people in Montecito don’t care about Harry and Markle leaving. New York Times article in the slides, but a few memorable parts here:

Singer Pia Toscano attended David Foster’s foundation gala and after leaving the stage after her performance, Meghan Markle touched her pregnant stomach. From the report, Markle did not ask the singer if she could do so, and not only violated social norms, but the woman’s personal space.

“This is the most beautiful time of your life,” Meghan told her. Toscano also recalled gentleman Harry moving a chair for her.

Markle’s lack of respect for people needs to stop. She asked a pregnant Catherine, Princess of Wales to share a personal grooming item (lipgloss), which is unsanitary. Under the guise of being a “hugger”, the tone deaf Duchess of Sussex routinely claws at people without permission and so much as a warning. Like that time she accosted the Waleses during their first meeting, while being barefoot and in ripped jeans. She just can’t understand social norms.

Of course the whole article reads as a “clap back” against surrogacy rumors and positions her as a “thoughtful” individual. News flash: Her PR isn’t working. Why didn’t she fly out and hug her father, Tom Sr, when his leg was amputated and he was feeling vulnerable?

On Joe Marler’s podcast, Earl Dumbarton, Harry, predicted that “it would come home”—meaning that England would win the FIFA World Cup this year. Unfortunately, being married to Meghan Markle rubbed off on him. He can now “Markle” someone by proximity. Urban Dictionary defines it as “The sudden or unexpected loss of income,
career or value due to association”.

Sorry to say that England did not win. Maybe the “Prince of England” should not offer his opinions anymore.

It’s almost July—the US and Europe are under heat advisories, but Meghan Markle is still selling spiced cider and hot toddy mulling kits meant for the fall and winter.

I saw footage of King Charles III waving to the crowd at Peter Phillips’ second wedding and he was wearing two friendship bracelets reportedly given to him by Princess Charlotte last year. It was a lovely way to keep family at the forefront of a happy occasion.

SKUs 509 and 604 will never have a relationship with the royal family—no matter how hard their parents try to keep the merching possibilities open. We know who is the King’s cherished granddaughter and it’s wonderful to see their bond.

I bet Meghan Markle is going to clap back with Doria wearing macaroni necklaces given to her by the sprogs.

Just saw an article in the New York Times headlined “Trump signs order granting oversight of A.I. models”. Harry and Markle previously called for AI to be controlled (not before lauding it in a different puff piece) and they have a habit of thanking governments for regulating the internet. They recently congratulated a minister in Australia for passing a controversial “under-16” internet ban.

Will they thank the US President for attempting to regulate AI models? The same President who called both of them out. After all, this is a topic they appear to agree on…

Not linking the article. Let’s focus on Harry and Markle’s hypocrisy instead.

We all know that the Rolls-Royce Phantom IV was famously used to drive Wallis Simpson to Edward VIII’s funeral and lent to Meghan Markle on her wedding day.

After a bit of Googling, I discovered that this particular model is very much a work car—it was used for State dinners, formal events, and even ferried Charles and Camilla to William and Catherine’s wedding (Camilla was deeply unpopular then and it’s possible that Elizabeth had a bit of fun putting her in the company’s “work van”).

Most interestingly, Charles was driven in this car to board the plane to Scotland for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral. It was originally Elizabeth’s personal car and was a nice touch to use it at the end of her life. When Charles arrived in Scotland, he was picked up in a different Rolls-Royce, the Phantom VI model.

In September 2016, roughly two months after she officially* started dating Prince Harry, Meghan Markle published a blog post called “The Art of Independence”. There, she gave advice on “enjoying your own company”. In the end, she mentions her “recent jaunt to Oxfordshire solo”. (Click on the picture and read the highlighted parts. They’re cut out of the frame).

That never happened. While she did travel to Oxfordshire and stayed at the SoHo Farm House in September 2016, she very publicly uploaded photos of herself biking with Millie Macintosh (who Markle later ghosted), as well as other friends. (I believe Lucy Fraser was there—the UK based friend who appeared on the Netflix docu-drama). (The article is wrong, they met up in 2016 not 2017).

You know what they say about being a good liar and having a strong memory? They should update it to being a good liar and not posting contradictory pics to Instagram.

[The “Dan” who is part of the “Tig Team” appears to be her makeup artist Daniel Martin. Ironically, elsewhere on the blog, Markle calls herself the “EIC” or Editor in Chief of the blog. Pretty embarrassing for a z-lister who’s reach didn’t go beyond gullible teens.]

*Harry and Mehgan’s reputed first date is questionable. According to them, they started the relationship on July 1, 2016. But Markle once mentioned May 2016 as the beginning (overlapping with her then boyfriend, Corey). Others suggest they actually met in 2015.

Now that Meghan Markle is using children who allegedly passed away from social media as a PR exercise, it’s good to look back at the time she responded to DM’s from teens, sent them small gifts, and gave them shout outs on her blog—all in exchange for this group running her fan pages.

About a year ago, I posted a series of in-depth entries covering a number of former teenaged girls who communicated with Meghan Markle around 2014. Markle was on “Suits” but was still largely unknown.

These girls all openly struggled with depression, bullying, ED's, anxiety etc. They were running Markle's fan pages, in exchange for token gifts, direct messages from Markle, shout outs on her now shuttered blog "The Tig"—even guest blogging in one case.

Last year, Markle hauled these girls out to promote her Netflix cooking show, in an attempt to show how she's paying back her fans (and using them for free PR in the process). It backfired when people started looking into their backgrounds.

One of her then-teenaged fans made a video on social media explaining how she met the now Duchess of Sussex. (They did meet up at a taping of an interview and continued to communicate right up until Markle’s engagement to Harry).

This woman is now in her early twenties and stated that she repeatedly DM’ed Markle as a young teen (and other small celebrities, but only Markle responded), that she didn't have any limitations on social media by her parents, and called their communications a "relationship" (not implied to be physical, btw).

However way you spin it, a grown adult should not have been DMing teens, sending them gifts, and profiting off their unpaid labor. Especially as a “celebrity", no matter how z-list. The balance of power is too great and could have ended badly if Markle had worse intentions. It’s not “empowering teens” when you communicate in private, ply them with gifts, and expect them to work fo free.

Meghan Markle posted a photo celebrating OligArchie’s 7th birthday. (After mentioning her tough 7 years at the “Best Life” Australian event).

The photo was presumably taken at Frogmore Cottage, and shows OligArchie as an infant. The white blanket looks similar to the one wrapped around him when he was presented to a few journalists at Windsor Castle.

Here are the weird bits: It looks like the pic was taken in a bedroom, because we can see white sheets around Harry. If you zoom in, you’ll notice 1. a photo of the deceased Diana Spencer (I believe it’s a picture from a magazine?) and 2. above the photo on the wall, is a charcoal line drawing of a nude woman.

Both face the bed.

(I won’t ding them for the nude drawing because art is personal, but then again, Markle was used to 🍆 wallpaper at the SoHo House in London).

Why would you face a photo of your dead mother and mother-in-law in front of your bed? It’s too intimate and weird. Especially with the nude form above her.

Before she died, the press and public turned on Diana’s histrionics. She dumped over 100 patronages after her divorce—unasked—leading to speculation that she was less than charitable when it no longer suited her. Similar to her son Prince Harry and his wife’s use of charity for commercial and branding purposes.

Here’s snippet of news coverage about Diana observing a heart surgery. Substitute Diana for Prince Harry and Markle and you’ll get the same result. This is from the 90s, right before she passed and the narrator notes that this stunt, and others before it backfired. So much so, Diana’s former press adviser Jane Atkinson, had to go on the program and grovel. (It’s interesting how they both have the same disingenuous head tilt, puppy dog eyes, and tone of voice). Very similar to Harry and his wife’s “clap backs” in friendly publications. (Video in the post). Diana noted that she “invited herself” to see the surgery, just like Markle inviting herself into events she has no background in (fashion, homelessness, sick children, politics, etc).

The Marketing Week article points out the hypocrisy in private visits being leaked to the press, hiring a press aide in an attempt to change overwhelmingly negative public sentiment, and resorting to playing a victim when all else fails. Sounds familiar? Even sending Jane to “clap-back” at the naysayers is identical to Harry and his wife’s media tactics. They need to go away for a long time and reemerge when the tide has turned. People may be willing to overlook their mistakes by then, if only because of a short collective memory.

The Telegraph reports that Guy Pelly, former close friend of Prince Harry, was at the British Ambassador’s garden party thrown in honor of King Charles and Queen Camilla.

He owned a series of popular London bars where Harry, William, and Catherine used to party with their friends. Guy was notoriously close to Harry, and they attended each other’s weddings. It seems Guy chose William’s side after Megxit. He was classmates with both brothers, but the newspaper chose to highlight William. Harry had no passing references at all in their coverage. (As it should be, but I bet that smarts Mr. Mischief).

Guy married an American hotel heiress, Elizabeth Wilson, and now lives in Keswick, Virginia. They run a winery together.

Good for you, Guy. You’re on the right side of history.

Queen Camilla stepped off the plane at Joint Base Andrews (Maryland) wearing a pastel pink Dior coat jacket and Cartier pin which was gifted to Queen Elizabeth II.

According to the Telegraph’s reporting, Dior is a favorite brand of First Lady Melania Trump and the head designer is from North Ireland. Although Queen Camilla prefers to wear UK and commonwealth designers during important visits, she may be paying homage to her hosts’ love of the brand. It helps that the lead designer is Jonathan Anderson and is a homegrown talent.

The brooch:

How does this relate to SMM? Meghan Markle, the Duchess of ~~Sussex~~ Delusion put out PR saying that the brand was considering her as its ambassador. Dior firmly rejected this as being untrue, and have dressed Queen Camilla several times since then.
