Heart is racing

I am 44 and take progesteron pills and estrogen gel (1hub) since a year. I couldn’t sleep and had heatwaves. Everything was fine, but 3 weeks ago my period came and now my heart is racing and stumbling. My period sometimes comes after few month sometimes after 14 days. I never had an issue. I never experienced this problem.
Does anyone else have problem with this.

My TNs

I own two versions from a german brand. When I was in Japan I knew that I wouldn‘t buy one because I don’t ike the leather. Especially the fuzzy inside. Though I love the patina they get outside. So I just got a few normal items there. The brown one is for positive things and the dark one is more like shadowwork.
I don’t take them with me when I travel.

Recommendation Teapot

I own a beautiful tea sevice from Arzberg I inherited from my grandmother. And a nice set of a pot and a mug. The ones where you can put the pot on top of the mug, when you don’t use it. Both western style.
I mostly drink japanese green teas, some mixtures with fruit and milky oolong. I mostly use those metal teastrainers in the pot or the mug.
Now that I dive deeper into several cultures and brewing technics I am asking myself if I need a kyusu or gaiwan. Especially for Oolong to give the leaves room to expand.
I was considering a hario zen because it‘s wider than the average strainer. Or maybe brewing it in the pot without a strainer and than use one when pouring it into the cup.
Does anyone brew their tea like that?
I like it simple and I don’t want too many several pots for different teas.

Tea station

Just arrived. My new kettle. From now on it will be easier to brew my tea.
My evening tea is the last bit of hojicha from marukyu koyamaen I bought in japan.
Most people only know them for their macha, but I also got hojicha and sencha. That journey was a turning point. Till then I mostly drank fruitflavored teas.
If I will ever travel to japan again, I will reserve one suitcase for teas and tea supplies.

Teacolor

I like to take a coldbrew to work and when it‘s empty I will fill it up with hot water to get a second flush.
This is a bancha and I just wanted to show the different color. The second portion with hot water is more brownish while the coldbrew has a nice yellowgreen color.
The color on the photo is more dull than in real life. The first one has a really bright color.
