I work for a small artist management collaborative in Ohio and I'm trying to book a tour for the indie band Posture ( yarrowartists.com/posture ) They'll be coming through NYC for the first time on 11/6, and I keep running into venues that want entire bills planned out to book a show, which is basically impossible for a band touring a city for the first time. Is this normal for NYC? I haven't run into this anywhere else.

Hi! I'm booking a tour for the indie power-pop band Posture in support of their new album coming out later this year (more dreamy, slow-burn, electro-pop-rock)! They'll be coming through Philly on 11/7, and this will be their first time playing in the city. Probably due to this, I've been having a hard time nailing something down for this date!
