I have this theory that Wizard Cookie used to be a human wizard of Wizard City, but something happened to turn him into a cookie and lock away his memory and powers. I added handcuffs on him to show that he's still restrained.
I thought I would add some info for this one. For the awakened forms, I wanted to be that they accepted a part of themselves or grew as a cookie by some action, so for Strawberry cookie, she has become confident and accepted herself. I took off her hood to make her more open and confident. I also wanted to make her look like a princess for a call back to the Hollyberry kingdom story.
Meet Bread Pudding, the aspiring fashion designer. At 16 years old, he's the older of the Pudding brothers. Even with a two-year gap between himself and Plum, the two have always been very close. Bread has never really been a people person. He tends to drift away from crowds and keep to quiet places. Loud people bother him, though he makes an exception whenever Plum goes off on one of his wild tangents.. Bread loves making clothes; he tends to stay up late working on outfits. Clothes are his way of telling people who he is without having to talk to anyone. Besides designing for himself, he enjoys making clothes for Apricot, his favorite model and only non-related friend; she can make anything he puts on her appear beautiful. Besides fashion, he loves music and movies; he would love to make clothes for actors and musicians.
Meet Apricot Truffle, a hopeless romantic. She is 13 and three-quarters (so basically 14). She is a romance writer that loves all things cute. Her best friends are the pudding brothers, Plum and Bread, though she has always been closer to Bread. Apricot tries her best to act more mature because she wants to be treated like an adult by others. She'd love to have some female friends, but most girls don’t seem to like her. Especially Sour Grapes, who seems to hate Apricot with a passion. Apricot’s favourite thing is having movie nights with Bread; it’s kind of their thing. She's always trying to be helpful, whether by babysitting the younger berries, being the model for Bread's clothing designs or listening to Plum's crazy theories. Even when she gets lost in her own little world or makes a mess of something, Apricot is always there to lend a hand in any way she can.
Meet Apple Dumpling! A 12-year-old who's a real go-getter, though lately she’s been down in the dumps. She grew up in Big Apple City with her mum and dad. Her half-sister, Strawberry, was always out travelling, and although she visited often and called her a lot, Apple kind of wished her big sister could have stayed in the city. Apple is really popular at her school; she’s the top student in her class, a cheerleader, the president of the journalism club, and the writer of her blog, 'The Bad Apple'. In short, Apple does a lot, almost too much. Although she has a lot of friends, only people she’s really close to are her sister, her pet turtle Tea Time and her online friend Almond, whom she's never met in person. Apple loves animals and being active. Her mum thought it would be a good idea for Apple to live with her sister this summer to help Apple out of the funk she's in, and Apple can't wait!
Meet Sour Grapes, a 13-year-old who loves music. She lives with her mom but tends to spend most of her time at her uncle's pie shop. She doesn’t really have any friends, but it doesn’t bother her. The people around here are kind of weird, though she can’t really judge sense her family is even weirder. Her hobbies are singing and dancing. One day she wants to leave this place and move to the city to live as a performing songwriter. She’s not fond of physical contact; the only people allowed to hug her are her family, Strawberry, and her pet snake named Dregs. The only adult who Sour looks up to is Strawberry and doesn't understand why her uncle hates her so much. Sour is pretty excited that Strawberry’s sister is coming to visit; if she’s anything like Strawberry, Sour might wind up with a new friend.
Meet The Peculiar Purple Pieman of Porcupine Peak (and yes, that is his full name). Pieman is a certified pie baker and a pie enthusiast, as he likes to say. Not once in his entire baking career had ever met anyone who could surpass his perfect pies. However, in his search to make the legendary Great Pie, he often found himself facing the most annoying, horrible, and evil person to ever exist… Strawberry Shortcake. The pieman is eccentric and a know-it-all, at least when it comes to pie. He believes he is a cool professional, but he comes off more as a very silly, tall little man.. Life never seems to go his way, and he believed the only person to blame is the Evil Genius Strawberry. When his plans don’t work out, she always seems to be there, and even if no one believes him, he knows the truth. Even when he opens his hard-earned Pie Emporium, guess who is right across the street, ready to ruin it: STRAWBERRY!
Meet (my interpretation of) Strawberry Shortcake, an adult in her late 20s who runs a cafe in on the corner of Strawberry and Pie. She moved to Strawberryland a few years ago after travelling around the world. She is a girls' girl and loves helping out her friends. She's a morning person, but if you can get her to talk before she goes to bed, she will stay up chatting all night. She lives in the strawberry house next to the cafe. She is a little lonely, living in the middle of town while most people live in the valley, but at least she has her cat, Custard, and her neighbor, a berry dear old friend, The Pieman. Last week, she got a letter from her mom asking if her younger sister could live with her this summer, and she can't wait. She has a lot of work to do before Apple gets here, but Strawberry never minded work. The colors came out better here for some reason
