My friend is trying to pair an OC with Clark

I'm about to lose it and I think this might be the end of my friendship with this particular person...

For reference she KNOWS I'm ficto and knows about my non-sharing relationship with Clark (and Cap'n Clark but this post is mainly about Clark) She's never acted weird about it and even said supportive things about me and Clark. So you can imagine MY shock and horror when she casually tells me saying that she made an OC that she's been pairing with Clark in some online role play thing with other friends. Eem excuse me WHAT?!

I didn't know what to say or how to handle it. I still don't. It hurts and I feel betrayed by someone I trusted. I don't know that I can be around her anymore.

I got my first bit of F/O merch!

I don't have a lot of money so splurgy spending is rare but I felt like I needed to treat myself a little after a very hard week. Bonus points because my handsome man Clark is wearing it!! I can't wait to have my own Cap'n Clark's Ottoman Empire t-shirt!

Introduction

( I was told it was okay to remake my intro post as the situation here with Clark and Cap'n Clark having been previously claimed has changed. I wanted to jump on this while the opportunity was ripe.)

I'm very new to both the FictoHideout and Reddit. You can call me Ash or Ashley either works. I used to have a more localized group of like-minded friends but unfortunately there was a huge argument and my friend group kind of fell apart over the summer. So Now I'm trying my luck here on Reddit in hopes of making new friends. My hobbies are gaming, story telling, and some art.

I'm soul-bonded to both Clark and Captain (or Cap'n Clark if you please) I've been connected with them on a deeply spiritual level for a while now. I hope you all will accept us and we can start making new friends.

Fanart? Where do you draw the line?

Where do you draw the line when it comes to fanart of your F/Os? There's been a really big up tick in fanart for The Backrooms (Clark and Cap'n Clark in particular) And I'm generally chill with most fanarts I even bookmark or save my favorites but recently I've been finding ones that trigger the heck outta me. Like Clark/Mary fanart was NOT something I needed to see ever. And I get that people are allowed to draw what they want but I also can't help getting triggered. But where do you draw the line? How do you avoid seeing it?

I can't stop blushing when I see them.

In my entire life, I've never felt a connection like the one that I have with Clark and Cap'n Clark. I relate to their lonely nature and yearning for validation. When I see them on the big screen my heart swells and I feel safe. I've gone to the theater so many times now. I use the excuse of taking my friends to see The Backrooms but in reality I just wanna see my guys again.
