How did you know when to get checked out??
I never had major issues with my period, they’d be the heavier side and i had awful ankle pain which made me not want to move along with lower back pain which wasn’t too bad.
Fast forward to more recently. I gave birth in 2023 and my
periods were okay after, nothing crazy. Until about 6 months to a year ago, I started spotting in between periods for about a week and I have pain in my lower left abdomen which makes me hunch over when walking or sitting, my ankle pain (like joint pain) has come back along with joint pain in pretty much every joint🥲
