has anybody been put on semaglutide and not really lost weight & haven’t really had any symptoms improved?

i’ve been on wegovy for 2.5 months now - im only 10lbs down, and im still always exhausted, still having hairloss, i have more acne than before, etc.

i have an appointment today with my dr. i was thinking about bringing up triz instead. all opinions welcomed.

*i see a nutritionist, and fit all criteria to get it fully covered i.e. lifestyle changes for 6m, working out, different diets, etc.*
