Hello folks, my diesel delica is loosing power at higher rpm’s

I have a 93 manual diesel delica that is loosing power right around 3,000 rpms, and starts puffing white smoke right as its loosing power does anyone know what could be causing this? Also has been puffing black smoke while driving at lower rpms

Deep fryer problem

On my dog cart my deep fryer has 3 little holes and a seal where oil flows out of… how do I go about fixing this? Some sort of high temp caulk? Do I need to get it tack welded? Any and all advice is much appreciated :)
