Bad Experience Protégé Program
I was hired back in May 15 . After setting up my direct deposit putting the information he didn't do something on his end so I didn't get payed. It was following a holiday so I thought I would get pay later , but in a week still no pay . Then we are have way through the pay period and apparently i missed the cut off date for direct deposit. He said He didnt know how to write a check that never had to before and that when he would be in town he would give me my check( He lives and works in another town) Then he ask me what my zelle is and I told him I didnt have one then he ask me what my venmo is. I was supposed to start my training last month but we were getting 200 calls a day. I worked at the district office . He also didnt tell me when my pay days were. But he eneded up coming to the district office on Tuesday then on Wednesday he came into the office and FIRED me . I was let go with no warning. He said it was because the agent who i was sending leads to wasnt selling and that is was my fault so I had to be let go off . I dont know if I should reapply to another agency or if it was a sign not to work with farmers . I did enjoy working with for the company. But I just had a bad mentor . I had no 1 on 1 training. He kept calling the agent the wrong name too . He would reply with a thumbs up or a heart .
