IOT lighting

I know this is more of an engineering circle, but who better to ask.

Who, in your opinions, has the best IOT security when it comes to controlled lighting?

My wife and I were just talking about the Razer Aether product line, but our biggest concern is just adding a mesh of internet connected microphones with potentially spotty back-end security.

Assistant controlled is fine, what I would rather is no mic no speaker lighting. I have had Google Nest speakers and I found the ability to voice command anywhere in the house to be really underwhelming after a while, and once I got better speakers, the meshed audio became moot.

Not everything needs to have all the bells and whistles half assed... just knock the key purpose out of the park.

Razer Aeither IOT safety

My wife and I were looking at the Aeither ecosystem for gaming room lighting, but like all connected IOT, biggest concern is security. I prob watched too much This Week in Tech back in the day when IOT products started catching steam years ago, but is the back end security good?

One thing I keep seeing is the bulb being assistant connected, are they assistant controlled or are they a microphone extension for the assistant?

Showing some of the WIP mods, LAV6 & Modular Russian Turret

LAV6 ISC is pretty self-explanatory, also working on the model for the ACSV as well, but focusing on just getting the base/ISC fully functional with stupid little features like mine resistance to not also induce generalized explosive resistance.

The Modular Turret, still getting worked on and have plans for some modelling changes, but will be able to be fitted to BTR, BRDM, BMP with different loadouts/build options. Based on the BPPU Turret.
Main gun: 14.5mm, 23mm, 25mm, 30mm
Side Mount: PKMT, 30mm GL, 4x Igla, 2x or 4x Kornet
