GCash putting my account on hold for no apparent reason?

Why does it happen? First of all, the number I’m using is brandnew, and doesn't have an account before. I just created my account 2 days ago, managed to verify it yesterday, then fast forward to today. Now, when I try to submit documents, it doesn't work. And sometimes, it flags my device as unsafe and using accessibility features when I don’t. Then I log in again, now it works fine. How do I fix this? Not even the help centre helped, I tried creating a ticket but I can't submit a file that proves I have been using it, when I had just created it.
