Reached me goal of 60 lbs lost!

Finally hit my goal weight. So folks know I’m 5’3. Starting weight was 185 and current weight is 125 and this has been over a span of 8 months.

It’s been such a nice journey. I’m loving my improved mobility. I’ve been starting aerials and have loved being able to learn new tricks. Getting back in lifting was huge for me and such a boost to my mental health. I can’t wait to be able to start really focusing on putting on muscle. For folks that are curious, I would do 3 days of 1 hour of dance cardio a day and 3 days of lifting at the gym. (One upper body day, one lower body day, and one fully body day) pretty consistently until they last 20 lbs where I focused more on strength training. Super excited to finally be able to do unmodified pushed ups and in working towards pull ups.
