One user has Send As Permissions on all users
A co-worker/admin has the "Read and Manage permissions", "send as permissions" and "send on behalf of permissions" on all of our office 365 email accounts.
How do these permissions get assigned? Does Office365 automatically assign them to every account?
I created a Test account to see if the same permissions get added it.
