I run a small retail shop and just got a notice that our fire extinguishers are out of date on their tags. I genuinely did not know these had to be serviced on a schedule and now I am worried about what else I am missing for compliance. For other small business owners in Wyoming, who do you use to handle extinguisher inspections and service, and is it something you set up on a recurring basis? Want to do this right and not get dinged.

My dad passed earlier this year and the family is finally ready to clear out his house so we can sell it. The problem is it is decades of stuff, furniture, an old fridge, boxes in the basement, the works, and none of us live close enough to haul it ourselves. Has anyone around the Southern Tier dealt with a full estate cleanout like this? Looking for someone respectful and reasonably priced who can just take care of it. Could really use the recommendation.
