Found this under my hood

Found a dinantronics X piggy back under my hood last night putzing around in the garage. It was set to one which is the lowest setting for 91 fuel. Funny thing is, I only run 93. I put it into diagnostic mode and up the setting to six of seven, which is the preferred setting for 93 octane. Immediately noticed a jump in output. Just wondering if anyone else has had something like this in the past? I was going to unlock in the spring with MHD and XHP, but now idk lol

Absolutely loving this car

Thought I’d share an update on my 2024 M4 Competition xDrive finished in Frozen Portimao Blue Metallic.

I’ve had it for 6 months now and done a fair bit of stuff to it since I brought it home. First order of business was full body XPEL Stealth PPF and a new set of Pirelli P Zero PZ4 tires. I also had CSL taillights and IND paint matched reflector covers installed when the PPF was done.

Once that was complete, I sent it off to EP3 in St. Charles, IL for some true modifications. As far as performance mods, I had the following installed:
- Project Gamma Blue Carbon Fiber Front Mount Intakes
- KW Height Adjustable Spring (HAS) Kit
- MAD Stainless Steel Non-resonated Single Midpipe
- MAD Plug & Play Exhaust Valve Controller
- MAD Skid Plate
- MAD Enhanced Fender Clearance

I also had EP3 perform a bit of cosmetic work including:
- Dry Carbon Fiber V-Style 3-Piece Lip
- Dry Carbon Fiber CSL style grille
- MAD Yellow DRL Modules

All in all, I’m absolutely thrilled with where I’m at on this and how it’s come together. Warranty will be up next spring so that’s when I’m planning on unlocking and taking the next steps. Cannot recommend the brands and parts I’ve shared enough. PG intakes are wicked, KW kit retained OEM EDC, and MAD parts are of incredible quality and very reasonably priced.
