I just toured both the Retreat West and the Station Alafaya, anddd they’re pretty much the same besides some subtle differences i noticed…. so which is considered better and why? I’m mostly between these two to sign, help.
Is Accolade Collegiate Village West or East better and why?
this is basically a follow up on my last post because i asked what the best off student housing/ apartment complex is because it’s been so overwhelming, but i also wanted to ask if any of the NEWER complexes any good? like the aperture, the rook, verve, etc.? all the reviews i see from these complexes are usually from people who just took a tour and put a good review for the tour itself, not actual residents because they are so new. help!
hey guys, i’m looking for off campus housing, and i know each one will have their own bad reviews but which is really the best? and which ones should i avoid? please help i’m overwhelmed. i feel like i find a promising place and then i read a bunch of horrible reviews and im back at square one.
edit: budget is around 1k and i’m mostly looking for a 4x4. PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES
it seems that knight’s circle, the station alafaya, orion on orpington, and the accolade east are my possible top choices right now.
