I travelled internationally 2 weeks ago which apparently can delay your period??????? and I've been in PMDD luteal hell ever since. I can FEEL IT wanting to start but it won't!!! I also get really bad OCD intrusive thought so that's really cool.
Genuinely how do you make your period start, I am not pregnant and don't want to use BC for my cycles bc it makes me fat
I have flown a ton in my life, and have done pretty well when it comes to getting used to flying, except for the damn take off. Oh my god, the take off is the worst for me- all I can think about is how it's the most likely part for something to go wrong.
Any words of reassurance? People are always like "imagine you're on a rollercoaster" yeah so I've never been on one and will never...lol. Also, I get super anxious about potential turbulence. It's been a while since i've flown that way, I've heard it's been choppy in recent years.
