Is It a Good Idea to Manage Someone Else's Channel if You've Been Banned?

My channel was banned late last year for vague spam reasons. I couldn't get in contact with a human customer service representative to get things sorted. I gave up on getting it back for now and am waiting for a year to pass, when my case will be reviewed again (probably nothing will get resolved since their AI moderation system is prone to making mistakes).

However, an organization I volunteer for has asked me to manage their Youtube channel. Is there a chance their channel would be taken down if I get access to their Youtube Studio? I am still using the same wi-fi network and laptop I had when my personal channel was banned.
