Penny Linn finishing class

Looking for insight and feedback on your thoughts of the finishing class that was offered in Penny Linn

The reason im asking is because I thought there would be more to it.

For $175 I was expecting an experience.

To start off, I was expecting a "know before you go" email to come which it did, but only 5 days prior with what we needed to bring. A lot of us are not local to any LNS so I thought it would come right after the class reservation was purchased, or at least more than a 5 day notice. The reason for me expecting this was because I didnt know what would be supplied, this was literally my first class.

I got there and it was just very lack luster. Was not greeted by anyone in the store, and the teacher just seemed very over it. One of the first things they said was we will try to hurry and get out of here early. Huh???? I paid almost $200 for a 4 hour class.

In the end I have a finished ornament but was just looking for others feedback to see if anyone else felt this way.

Penny Linn canvas- why does it look look that

Im not into cross stitch but I feel like this looks like a cross stitch canvas, not thin poles/steps like normal. Am I missing something or is this AI? Did they sketch it out on cross stitch canvas to get the design?
