I just got the dyson v10 (my first dyson!). I followed the instructions to mount the dock and carefully measured the hole to be 1200mm off the floor, i checked and re-checked. But my dyson is floating off the floor. Is this correct? I feel like this will damage it in the long run somehow. Should i put something underneath it to support it?
