Even with Whisper mode on, cpu temps stay around 65°C and fans are still running a bit loud during basic tasks. Is this normal or is there a fix? (RTX 5050, Core 5 210H)

Did anyone install the new BIOS V311 on their ASUS V16, and did it fix overheating or improve performance, or does it cause new issues/FPS drops instead? Thanks for your feedback!
