Ladies, with everything going on with Trisha and Vijay and stuff, how are we feeling about the blatant disrespect towards ethnically typical dark skinned South / Tamil women? The world is openly calling darker South women ugly and NOTHING is being done about it. So many south indian actors have LEFT their wives and kids of 15 -20 years for fair skinned women many of which are not even south indian. Putting a fair woman's value above your whole family of wife and kids is INSANE. Half the South Indian actresses are either imports from the north or a minority of very fair south indian women. The background dancers are made to be dark skinned so the heroine stands out. Even bollywood, inspite its issues is not so horrible. Ive noticed that in bollywood movies, background dancers are foreign white women and they are used to make the indian heroine stand out. Atleast there's some self respect there.

Its ridiculous how this is affecting young kids lives and nobody cares. Young girls being affected mentally. Being put down and made to feel less than - just over complexion!! How long will people shy away from actually doing something about this?

Im sorry if im being very paranoid. I get very nervous at blood tests so i start blabbing. The lady taking my blood draw first poked my right arm which started going numb cause blood just would come out fast. So she moved to the other arm. Ive never had it happen before , so i just asked if this was something I should mention to my doctor, and she said no. Then i cracked a stupid joke about how they shoukd employ mosquitos to help with the testing. She seemed ok with it and added that doing that would risk diseases. But now im worried i offended her. As tho i was implying a mosquito could do a better job. And then I mentioned the country that im from and its a counn try that doesnt get along with hers.

I am extremely paranoid. The results came back and they were quite normal so how possible is it that she could switch my blood out with someone else, something perfectly healthy if she didn't like me? Just to fuck up my test 😭 and leave me to a hanging diagnosis.

Again, forgive my paranoia. I just need someone here who works in this space to tell me how fucking unlikely and difficult it is for a phlebotomist to do that.

This is something I've heard and not confirmed. My friend lives in the UK and moves in the same circles as someone very very close to Sangeeta. Apparently 2021 - 2023 were emotionally very hard on Sangeeta and the kids and once they realized that Vijay had made up his mind , they too emotionally moved on. Jason is purely formal with his dad and thats it. Daughter may have faced some bullying. Side chick earlier was feeling almost proud of herself as though she has achieved something by homewrecking and emerged the 'chosen one' or 'victor'. However, some regret has been setting in for her because they had not anticipated the extent of the backlash.

Again, not confirmed, something I heard from a friend who lives there.
