Sweat proof undershirts

Sweat proof undershirts

I really need some sweat wicking undershirts. I sweat through clothing like a mf. Back, arm pits, everything.

I would like something that is very form fitting and tight and covers the arm pits, but doesn't come up too high on the chest. Almost exactly like the following undershirt https://thompsontee.com/men/sweat-proof-shirt-slimfit-bamboo-v-neck.html

However, these tees are really expensive on their own, plus the shipping to Australia is $60+.
I'm a full time student so I don't really have the cash to be throwing around.

I'm looking for Australian, reasonably priced alternatives. The only research I have found is quite dated.

Being honest about learning disability to recruiter

Hello,

I think I know the answer to this question but I'm asking it anyway.

I'm applying for early career positions in a lot of top tier firms across investment banking and strategy management consulting etc. In every single one of these job posts, they explicitly state their inclusive nature and how much they value prospective employees with diversity, in my case, having level 1 (very high functioning) Autism and Attention Deficit Disorder. I have also struggled greatly with my mental health, which has stopped me from being able to progress as much as my high-performing counterparts.

Now, I'm not stupid, I am completely aware that this is a legislation and CSR thing and being upfront about these deficits is going to signal my unsuitability for these top tier fast paced roles.

However, I'm wondering if there is a DEI aspect that may provide an angle of leverage. Is there any real incentive for them to hire someone who identifies as being diverse in this way, especially considering that I do go to a top target university and have very good professional experience and references, decent grades and extracurricular activities. Are there certain inclusivity statistics that firms have to hit that I could fulfil? If that's what it takes to get the opportunities I'm looking for, I'm not above utilising that at all. Does making this clear even from the very start when I first apply on the website actually help me get a foot in the door at all? Or is it like I'm imagining that this will just get my resume scrapped even faster.

Cheers.
