Denmark, spent 45 minutes getting support to honor our contract by allowing us to cancel orders
Clause 2.2.5 of our contracts (at least contracts from 2023 and before) states we can cancel any delivery without limits, without any reason and "no questions asked'" from support.
Yes, we are all aware of their email and in-app notice going against the contract. However, we are yet to be sent new contracts, which means legally the contract overrules the email and in-app statements.
I spent 45 with a person from support explaining how the legality works (I have studied organizational jura here in Denmark as a Dane).
I needed to cancel an order as the distance payment was wrong by 1 KM. If they need to be pity and not pay us minimum what we drive, then I too can walk in small shoes.
I had a lot of things to do on the phone. If the support agent know law or eould have had escalated the situation, then it would have had taken a few minutes top.
We now can only cancel for 15 min delays or emrrgencies...
