I have never been to Detroit and I taking my daughter to the Melanie Martinez concert. I have always heard that downtown Detroit is nice and its not to bad. Is this true? Is there any place I should stay away from when I am there. Also looking for a nice hotel possibly that close to the concert. Thanks for the the help.
