I took 1.5 for about 6 weeks, felt the effects - diminished food noise, feeling full. I lost about 10 lbs. I the effect started waning so I switched to 4 mg about 5 days ago. So far I don’t feel any difference. I might even feel like the food noise has returned a bit.

Does the 4 mg take a bit to begin working?

I just switched from the 1.5 dose to the 4 mg dose. It’s day 2, and I expected side effects - a more pronounced food noise quieting effect - but so far it’s the opposite.

Additionally, I always noticed that strong metallic taste of the 1.5 pill (gross), but now two days in a row of the 4 pill, I don’t notice any metallic taste. Is that normal?
