Well don’t know how to feel about this

I’m standing in front of my kitchen scissor(s) right now stunned with no one to tell this to in person. I’m just in the process of moving from one unit to another in the same complex. I only have one of these scissors. In fact, I know I only have one because I only took one from my mom’s stash years ago.

I’m thinking oh maybe it’s my other kitchen scissor (the one that you can take apart and wash) but no.. it’s a brand new (unrusted) version of it. The tip is sharper and it has been used due to some food stains? All my utensils have been used for cutting boxes and none of it has touched food. I’ve been eating takeout as I’ve been moving. Very strange.

Fully thrifted vintage living room (minus dog)

Spent the past couple of months thrifting for my new space and finally finished the living room! Still have to hang art pieces but good vibes all around.

Apartment was built in the 50s and still holds a lot of its original crown moulding and tiles. Just feels right
