Just wanted to confirm what I have:

2 floors (ground floor + basement) ~1400 square feet,

1st floor

-kitchen / dining area that kinda serves as a living room as well
-bathroom / shower
-one small bedroom
-a bigger bedroom

basement:

-living room with a door leading to water heater , washer/dryer,
-bathroom/shower
-an office kind of room with it's own entrance from the back.
-from the previous office room , there's a door that leads to another bedroom

would that qualify as a 6 1/2?
