Outside my window in North Texas yesterday

I was getting fuel in the old Cessna on Saturday in North Texas and the Careflight crew was out and about.

The printer just paused and said it was tangled… I checked and there was no tangle. I just unspooled the wheel a little bit and it resolved the problem. Does anyone have any idea why it’s doing this and making this noise?
