What are my chances?

Degree: BS in Public Health from a major state university

GPA: 3.4 cummulative

Work experience: 1 year Anesthesia Tech in Cardiothoracic OR (currently employed) and 1.5 years experience as a Patient Care Technician in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit.

Shadowing: 8 cases shadowed with a good variety (CABG, AVR, Arch Replacements, Impella, VAD) as well as observing 100+ Cardiothoracic cases while working including heart and lung transplants, Davinci Mitral Valve Replacements, TAVR's, and Watchman.

Volunteering: 100+ hours (Perfusion Symposium, animal shelter, special olympics, and fraternity stuff).

Letters of Req: Three perfusionist, CRNA manager, ICU nurse manager.

Applying to: MUSC, Quinnipiac, Lipscomb, Iowa, USC, Lawrence Tech, Thomas Jefferson, Baylor Scott and White.

Research: None.

Note: I'm 23 years old and graduated my undergrad last year. I applied to the previous cycle at MUSC and was rejected, feedback was: improve GPA and shadow more.
