Feel stuck
Hey beautiful people,
I am a service technician from last 4+ years. Doing well. No complaints. But now i feel with same machines i fix over time ive reached the sealing. Don't mean i can fix every problem that arrives but thats the nature of the job people with 40+ years of experience sometimes says i dont know when they see new problem. I would like to know what would be next Steps for a change. I fix industrial printers mainly epson roland mimaki. Cnc machines. XY cutters and so on. I want to prepare for automation technician but not sure where to start from i have fixed pallet wrappers and few other equipment but still its not up to mark. So what you think could be next ? Im in Québec
