Hi! I’m looking into buying matcha powders but I’m a beginner. I’ve tried matcha drinks before from different cafes but I dont really have a favorite or preferred drink.
Here are some things that I do not like though:
- weird bitter aftertaste
- chalky feel on the taste
- malansa na taste (I tried a yuzu matcha before and lasa syang seafood for me huhu)
Honmei was recommended pero I saw reviews na its temperature sensitive and wala ako temp controlled kettle so I’m passing muna on it.
Looking into: maru matcha, simply matcha and kyoto house.
