Personally I got for 4 units of line infantry, 2 grenadiers, two cannons (not howitzers), two cavalry and then two dragoons for a standard army. If for a bigger army I go for 2 more cannons and some more grenadiers or line infantry
Idk if it is town watch but it’s the grey bar in the city next to the flag. I’ve tried to attack the city but I can’t ever win due to the amount of town watch
