Botox monitoring chart

Hey all. I’m about 16 days into my first Botox round (120 units) but I’m abysmal at making charts. I did a small progress note on day 11, but I didn’t do the best job at this. How do you all do it? What is the best layout and since it’s been two weeks plus, how do I recollect everything that I’ve experienced?

Thanks in advance.

Tardive Dyskinesia and Dystonia

I don’t even know exactly what to write, I just feel completely devastated, neglected, and stupid. I trusted psychiatrists and stayed on antipsychotics for ten years. Now I am 35, and my body feels ruined. Things have actually gotten much worse recently.
I feel so isolated. Has anyone else been on these medications long-term and dealt with their body breaking down over the years? All the while the psychiatrists saw the movements in real time, and kept prescribing meds that made the disease worse. How do you cope with the anger and the sadness? I just really need to hear from people who understand.

Second PEP regimen

Second PEP regimen

Hey all, I had to take a pretty brutal regimen of darunovir, ritonavir, and truvada between June and July. Doctors assured me they would get me back on PrEP when it was finished, but didn’t. Long story short, they gave me the improper loading dose and my insurance won’t cover it so I was waiting for them to figure that out and had low risk sex (so I thought). Please no judgement as I’ve get trying to get back on PrEP since I finished and I don’t know of many options. Anyway, had an encounter where fluid touched an open wound on my hand and didn’t realize til afterwards. Doctor wants me back on the same regimen I finished 20 days ago, should I do it? Those three drugs were murder, and I’m wondering if the encounter entering a couple small cuts constitutes this? I’m very angry because I tried multiple times to get back on PrEP calling my doctor every day since the PEP was finished, but I’m just not sure I can do it again, or if it is even high risk enough to do it again. I was only doing oral but again, didn’t notice the couple cuts I had which definitely came into contact. Don’t know the guys status and can’t find out. Thanks in advance.

Amantadine and Baclofen

Hey all, I quit Amantadine (100 mg) cold turkey back in January and I was taking Baclofen and stopped that too. Currently I have a diagnosis of a Functional movement disorder and I stopped taking them because my neuro wanted to put me on a med diet so I assumed it was safe. I keep worrying I messed myself up permanently but my neurologist says that she didn’t think they were helping I just wanna make sure I’m okay long term. Neuro says I’m fine but I keep getting scared about it
