Felt IA3 connect to Kickr 2

Hi, does anyone have any experience connecting up a Felt IA3 tribike to the Kickr Core 2. I can’t seem to do it for the life of me and I’m not sure if I need to buy some thru axel adapters. It’s the one with a cog if that makes a difference.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for feedback and advice on this Ironman program I engineered, focused around a pretty busy schedule.

I’m currently working full-time as a paralegal while also studying at university, so the absolute maximum I can realistically allocate to training is about 12 hours per week.

For context, I have a very active sporting background, mainly in rowing and rugby, so I’m comfortable with hard aerobic work, strength work, and high training loads. That said, I want to be smart with this prep and avoid overtraining or wasting time on sessions that do not actually help.

I’m following a 24-week Ironman plan. It starts around 4–8 hours per week, builds to 8–11 hours, then has a few peak weeks around 13–15 hours. The plan includes swimming, cycling, running, some gym/mobility, long Saturday rides/bricks, and Sunday as a full rest day.
