Got Hallandale 2mg dose from Pomegranate, nervous to start

I am not very versed with this, and i have a lot more weight to lose than someone who is within normal BMI, im 192 and im trying to get to 150, and i go to the gym regularly but plan to add in some other supportive measures as well, including diet change with the help of the food noise reduction. but i would like some perspective from others. I was planning to start low and go slow, beyond just the weight loss, i have insane sugar cravings constantly its overwhelming everyday. The prescriber mentioned something about my waist measurement being the main qualifier, which was the first time i heard that. I know gym and exercise and the right foods to maintain minimal constipation. I am a BMI of 28 after rapidly gaining 40 to 50 pounds after developing a mucinous cystadenoma. I tried and tried to lose the weight. No joke i tried it all. So someone dear to me said to just try a microdose.

Can someone just give me some perspective? I'm just a tad nervous. I was considering starting at like 0.1 mg (just to let my body progressively adjust), and was also curious what your guys recommendations are for scaling up from there. Should i stay on it a week? Two weeks? a month? before going to 0.2, then if its not helping how long after that? I apologize for the messy rant here.

Second day anxieties

This was my second day of my program and no joke, we had 60 pages of assigned reading. And its required, so im unsure of how I can manage 7 hours of reading/school work time on top of 4 to 8 hour classes. This teacher is also in only her second year of teaching so I feel like we are getting some new teacher growing pains. What do you recommend for someone who only learns well from reading? Im exhausted after reading for 6 straight hours

What are some good online gamified resources for nursing school? Incoming ADN program

Currently in nursing school boot camp for ADN, and I'm looking for some good resources. I am someone who benefits from long-term information building, so I figured I'd see if there was anything good out there to accompany my textbooks and in-class learning to help me build up confidence for nursing school. I know some recommend not doing it, but I did really well doing repeat questions over and over for ATI TEAS. I've seen some recommend Archer, then others say it's not NCLEX-style questions in the nursing school aid portion. So I'm trying to see what the most recent consensus is on these materials. I already have Picmonic, and I have Registered Nurse RN bookmarked, but is there anything else?

How did you guys lose weight but likely cant take a GLP1 due to GERD/mild gastroparesis? I already throw up in my mouth when i eat so im not a good candidate for GLP1s sadly. I gained 40 pounds and no matter how hard i work out it wont go away, i had a benign tumor that caused the weight gain. I see the general consensus is using the GLP1s but again, i cant. So anyone in my situation, what are you doing to lose weight? I wish I could use Wegovy or something but I cant risk making my stomach worse than it is already. I am so lost and defeated at this point. I used to be so skinny before the tumor.
