skl na microwaveable pala yung ice cream containers

skl since having people over, my cousin told me that microwaveable yung ice cream containers ng selecta/magnolia!

they brought food over in ice cream containers kase and i told them to get the microwaveable bowls to heat it pero sabi nya na it's safe naman na daw. di pa ako naniwala nung una kase nga plastic pero pinakita nya yung container lid where it does say na microwave-safe siya (except for the lid)

after nun, chineck ko yung ice cream containers na meron ako. ginagawa ko lang kase silang lalagyan ng karne sa freezer and totoo nga siya lol

wala lang tuwang tuwa ako. better reason for me to keep them instead of tossing them in the trash. pwede ko na kase nyan idiretso sa microwave yung frozen meats to defrost them quickly. less gastos na rin to buy food containers hehe

hopefully, this is a helpful tidbit din for some people here! so far, sa selecta and magnolia ko pa lang siya nakita

weekend errands & chill

tamad lumabas para sa isang bagay lang so i usually do everything in one day and treat the self out with good food (bonus: nakausap din ng friendly community cats)

how much is your monthly food budget living alone?

curious lang since i've been seeing a lot of solo living content on tiktok where they break down their monthly expenses and it honestly confuses me how the average seems to be around 10k per month. medyo weird pa imo yung iba na hiwalay yung allocated budget for food and groceries... i get that toiletries and other supplies may be included dun sa groceries and sobra na rin nagtaas bilihin but still 10k+ for one person seems excessive.

for me, it costs around 4-6k, including my cats' food. is it bc people eat out/get deliveries a lot kaya ganun kalaki budget nila? or do they shop exclusively in supermarkets?

what do you guys think is a reasonable food budget per month?

dim: condo unit

for context, i just rent and while moving is definitely hard, i like having the option of just boxing up everything i own and moving somewhere new. anyway, lately pinag iisipan ko ngayon mag invest sa condo unit. yung naiisip ko rin kase kung magsawa man ako tumira doon, i can probably just lease it to someone else or turn it to an airbnb.
