19 (65 kg) Training from last three month, aiming for a lean muscular build. Stuck between either going for a cut or bulk. Also i have a torso dominant physique need some advice for growing overall arms.

Looking for trekking partners for Hampta Pass Trek in September
I ( 19 M ) and my friend (19 M ) are planning to do the Hampta Pass Trek in mid-September 2026 and looking for a few people who would like to join.
The plan is roughly:
Route: Manali → Jobra → Hampta Pass → Chatru → Chandratal Lake
Duration: Around 5 days for the trek (excluding travel to/from Manali)
Budget: we are on avery tight budget 8k per person including all traveling expenses as well.
