Hi! Baby witch with a deity alter.

Hello! So for starters the deity that chose me today was Hermes. I have set up an alter for him and done my research as well as gotten some offerings for him. I also wrote a letter and placed it onto his alter along with a prayer I said after everything was done. If I could possibly get any opinions and advice thatd be extremely helpful!

Looking for advice or a little help if anyone can be a dear, im wondering if Theres like a spell I could or someone else could do for me to help to do a manifestation for job searching or something similar to that. I haven’t been having any luck with my search n have been turned away more than once. Please and thank you🫶 (oh and how would I do the spell?)
