I did a honey jar spell on last nights 10/10 New moon to reconcile with a past person. I didn’t fill the jar, just covered the paper of our written names and intentions with honey but there’s a lot of space in the jar. Is this ok?

I am a very begginer witch. I was wondering if I can perform a freezer spell for a situation, but I am unsure how to go about it. It is not for me but is affecting me too
So long story short, my mum's husband who's passed, left lots of debt on her name basically. He was an abuser and she managed to leave, but didn't got a chance to divorce him. They had joint mortgage loan. He stopped paying long ago, my mum didn't even knew. He gathered lots of debt. Anyway he passed, and now there 's bailiff on my mum, making her life difficult, asking to pay for his debt. They froze her bank account and they are taking quite a lot from her salary, leaving her in a lot of distress. My mum got a lawyer trying to negotiate on the sum they are taking but the lawyer is not helping and looks like he is lying. The actual bailiff, blocked my mum's number when she was trying to communicate. The house is still there, nobody lives there because my mum lives in her parents house with her disabled sister. She said to them a million times to sell the property and leave her alone but they don't seem to agree on that. She gave up on any inheritance. It's like that horrible man is still affecting her life, even from his grave.
I don't live in my home country but I wish I could help my mum. I know the bailiff full name, and work address. I also know the name of the bank.
How exactly would I write that petition for a freezer spell? I was confused if I should mention my mum's name, feels wrong to do it so what would your advice be? 🥲
The preferred outcome would be for the bank or bailiff to stop taking money from my mum. Or at least freaking less 😭
