I am going to have cxl tomorrow and i am scared please tell me is pain afterwards bearable how will i manage the pain i am soo scared

I need two suggestion i have keratochonus and i need to get cxl ,first of all if any one has any experience which one should i go for epi-off or epi-on ,two dr suggested two different approaches and also from where should i get it done in islamabad , i am 21 years old
