After Update
I updated 4K Video Downloader today, and now I’m having several major things.
- Smart Mode / Subscription Mode: Videos are only downloaded in 1080p, even when 4K is available.
- I now have to manually download videos one by one to get 4K.
- YouTube downloads failed: “Playback on other websites has been disabled by the video owner”
- Copying video URLs : Multiple URLs can no longer be copied at once. Both in-app and external pasting only work one by one.
Everything worked fine before the update (except age-restricted videos).
After the update, the software is basically unusable for me.
It feels like these features were intentionally removed.
I paid, Pro license, so why are more and more features becoming unavailable to me?
