I am not from Bulacan. Planning to actually buy a property there but thinking twice dahil kung sya pa din ang magiging gov ng bulacan, lulubog at lulubog lang ang Bulacan sa baha.

Two decades of governance and all he can say when asked why with billions of flood control projects poured in Bulacan, the province is still suffering from it, aba ang sagot lang "wala po kasi coordination ang national govt, high tide and the worst of it all kasalanan daw ng mga tao dahil tapon ng tapon ng basura. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Any advice kung saan ba dapat lugar sa bulacan kumuha?

Thinking to buy a land in Norzagaray, Bulacan but I am not sure kung okay sya.

Just wanted to see kung meron mga residents dito around the area which is malapit sa angat dam. Alinsangan farm ang name nya.
