Anyone else not able to upgrade cabin? SFO to CDG
A month ago I bought a ticket using miles and cash (for the taxes) for my daughter in Economy, traveling from SFO to CDG Sept 1. I was hoping to buy her a cabin upgrade to Premium today, but customer service says that no upgrades are available for purchase for this ticket. Has anyone else encountered this and were you successful in eventually buying an upgrade? If so what did you do or say?
