I remember they tried to get me to stand on the scale and when I tried to get on I almost fell off of it because the plate on the scale completely tipped and then It was wobbling the whole time while I was standing on it. Then, the lady taking my weight and height just slams that measuring tape thing against the top of my head while I'm still slouched and my feet are apart 😭🙏. So not only was the scale probably wrong but the height was definitely wrong too and then she proceeded to literally yell out the number in my face. I'm lowk still thinking about that appointment it's driving me crazy and I feel like it's fucking up my progress because I've been trying not to weigh myself. Fml

Idk what's going on man I look skinnier than before but I'm still the same weight? To be fair I was at the doctor's office and the lady didn't care about the way she was going about weighing me. The scale was wobbling the whole time and when she measured my height she didn't ask me to put my feet together or stand against the measuring stick and I'm also at the beginning of my period so I'm honestly not completely sure how accurate any of this was but still it's driving me nuts.

Does anyone else feel like they constantly need to pee to the point where it's hurting their back. A lot of the times I'll have really strong urges to pee but then only a few drops come out or I feel like I'm pissing out a gallon of fluids.

I've noticed that a lot of subliminals might not work for people who are on the spectrum like me because we have a brain that works differently. I'm just wondering if any of you guys have any subliminal creator recommendations that us NDs can use.
