Bidet solution

I have a raised (elongated) toilet seat with arms. I need to keep some version of this but wanted to have a bidet. What would be a good solution?

Looking for support system

Hi all, I am a 56F relatively new (about 6 months) to caregiving for my husband (age 78) who now has long term brain injury/disability. I have some personal experience with trauma and 12 step work in the past and am looking for a supportive buddy to text and talk with on a regular basis for ongoing support. I am progressively minded and have a long term meditation practice. The caregiving though is overwhelming me and feels never ending. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please reach out to me directly. I am compassionate and supportive and believe in 50-50 relationships.

Also, if anybody know of regular online caregiver support groups that are good, please let me know.

Part-time experienced care provider

I am seeking a part-time care provider in my home a couple of days a week for a few hours at a time for a friendly, respectful older man who uses a walker and has mild cognitive/processing issues, and a catheter. Looking for someone with caregiving experience to relieve me for about 8 hours a week. DM me if interested and include your rates.
